Colorado Empowered Learning, a state program working to enhance equity and access in K-12 education through blended learning, has launched a statewide effort in February 2017 in partnership with the Keystone Policy Center to gather perspectives on Colorado's use of supplemental courses and blended learning. The process, which will run through June 2017, will compile insights and best practices from:
- Colorado education experts,
- Blended learning leaders from across the United States, and,
- The opinion of Colorado families, educators, and school administrators
