Equitable Edtech Pricing

Do you know whether the Edtech products you are purchasing are are being used? Are you getting the best price? Allow Colorado Empowered Learning to help you find out while helping us to determine which products are most worthy of collective bargaining efforts so we can partner with other leaders across the state to save you money.

How It Works:

• You send an email to info@gluona.org indicating your interest in participation. Participation is 100% supportedby Colorado state for the first 5000 student accounts. Thereafter the feesto participate are a nominal $0.50 per student. We encourage all to apply and will do our best to work with you on budget.
• A member of our technical staff will work with your administrator to deploy a Chrome extension. The process takes about 5 minutes.
• We will collect some basic information from you on licensing fees paid
• We will deliver an analysis report summarizing the software being used in your district, the licensing fees paid for that software, and how the fees benchmark against bulk purchasing agreements recorded nationally.
• We will look at the analyses from all participating districts to determine which Edtech products are most worthy of collective bargaining efforts. Your participation will help determine Colorado Empowered Learning priorities.
• Once we have obtained better pricing on behalf of Colorado districts, we will invite you and other Colorado districts to participate in the arrangement, saving you money that you can spend on - whatever else you need.

Our goal is to conduct data analysis between October 2019 and December 2019.
